The Priest Gennoh encounters a Woman on Nasuno Plain who reveals that she is the spirit of the Death Stone there. In this eerie tale, an evil nine-tailed fox describes how it once sought power on the continent and in Japan, but now, thanks to this encounter, resolves to never again take life.
