| NOH: FUJITO Warrior Moritsuna has been granted lands as a reward for taking the enemy by surprise at the Straits of Fujito. He learned the secret of the crossing from a young fisherman, then killed the young man so that he would not reveal Moritsuna's plan. When Moritsuna goes to claim his lands the young fisherman's mother demands to know what has become of her son. Finally admitting what he has done, Moritsuna now orders that a memorial service will be held for the spirit of the fisherman. The spirit appears, describes its death, and then accepts salvation as a result of the prayers said on its behalf. |
