Noh: FUJI-SAN A Chinese Official meets a Fisher-girl when he comes to Japan in search of an elixir of life said to have been found on Mt. Fuji long ago. The Fisher-girl and her companions praise the mountain and tell legends of the past. Later, a Goddess and the God of Mt. Fuji appear, present the Official with some of the elixir, and dance. |

Noh: KUMASAKA A Traveling Priestmeets another Priest who offers him lodging for the night. The Priest is in fact, a manifestation of the ghost of the bandit Kumasaka no Chohan. Later that night the ghost appears to the priest in his dreams and describes how he was killed by Ushiwakamaru, the childhood name of the tragic hero Yoshitsune.
